Editorial Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
PeakFormGuide publishes a small number of articles about the logistics of physical performance — scheduling, structure, adherence. This page describes how they are made, and first, what they will never contain.
Scope Boundary
This comes before everything else because it is the rule the rest of the site is built around.
We do not publish on supplement dosing, medical conditions, hormones, therapeutic fasting, or the interpretation of lab results. We do not tell you what a symptom means, what to take, or how much of it. Nothing published here treats, prevents, or cures anything, and no article will claim otherwise.
If a question is medical, it belongs with a physician. That is not a disclaimer added to the bottom of an article — it is the boundary that decides which articles get written.
What is in scope: behavior, logistics, programming, and the organization of a routine around the hours a working week actually leaves.
Sourcing
Most published training advice comes from people whose schedules look nothing like a full-time job. We start from the constraint — the hours that exist — and build backward from there.
Where we reference research, we link the study and describe what it measured, including sample size and population. A finding from twelve trained twenty-year-olds is not a finding about a forty-year-old on a rotating shift, and the article says so rather than laundering the citation.
Original Work
Routines published here are routines that were run. The evidence is our own tracking: spreadsheet logs, training app screenshots, adherence data over weeks and months, with the capture date attached.
We publish the failures. A protocol that looked good and collapsed at week three is more useful than one that supposedly worked, and it is the more honest thing to have data about.
Use of AI
Screenshots of logs and tracking apps are screenshots. No image on this site that shows a number, a date, a duration, or an adherence record is generated or retouched by an AI model. We do not publish AI-generated images of people, and there is no AI-generated likeness of the editor anywhere on this site.
There are no body photographs on this site, no before-and-after images, and no imagery that implies an aesthetic result.
Credentials
No coaching certification, medical training, or professional qualification is claimed here. Roger Mat is Founder & Editor — that describes a role, not a qualification. You will not find “certified,” “specialist,” or a claimed number of years of experience attached to anyone on this site, because none has been established.
What this is: one person running routines on himself and documenting the result carefully. Treat it as that, and nothing more.
Corrections
If something here is wrong or unclear, email us. Reports are reviewed within seven days. Corrections are made in the article and logged with the date and a description of what changed. We do not silently edit a published claim. A correction that changes the recommendation is noted at the top of the article.
Independence
Advertisers and affiliate partners have no input on what we cover or what we conclude. See the Affiliate Disclosure for how commercial relationships are handled and marked, including the categories we will not link to at all.
Who Runs This
PeakFormGuide is written and edited by Roger Mat, Founder & Editor, who also runs Nuvolk and Nuxpik — three independent sites, one person, the same editorial method.
