This site does not link to supplements, ingestible products, or anything sold on a health claim — not as an affiliate, not as a recommendation, not in passing. That category is outside what this site covers, so there is no commercial arrangement to disclose about it.

Where affiliate links appear, they are for equipment and tools related to scheduling and tracking: timers, notebooks, tracking apps, basic training gear.

Where the Disclosure Appears

We do not rely on this page to disclose anything. Every article that contains an affiliate link carries a disclosure in the body of the article, immediately before the first such link, where you will see it in the course of reading.

A disclosure buried in a footer or on a separate page is not a disclosure. The Federal Trade Commission requires that a material connection be disclosed clearly and close to the recommendation it affects, and that is where we put it.

What a Commission Does Not Buy

Advertisers and affiliate partners have no input into what we cover, what we conclude, or how a product is described. No partner reviews an article before it is published. We do not accept payment for a favorable assessment, and we do not remove criticism at a partner’s request.

Where we recommend against something we could have earned a commission on, we say so.

How Products Get Covered

A product appears in an article because the routine called for it, not because a program was available. We do not build articles around whatever happens to pay best.
