About PeakFormGuide

PeakFormGuide covers the logistics of physical performance — how to fit training into a working week, how to structure routines, how to track what you are doing and adjust it. Behavior and scheduling, not physiology.

What This Site Does Not Cover

This is a hard boundary, so it goes near the top.

We do not cover supplement dosing, medical conditions, hormones, therapeutic fasting, or the interpretation of lab results. We do not tell you what any symptom means. Nothing here treats, prevents, or cures anything.

If a question is medical, it belongs with a physician, not a website.

How We Research

Training logistics is a domain where most published advice comes from people whose schedules look nothing like a full-time job. We start from the constraint — the hours that actually exist in a working week — and build backward.

Where we reference research, we link the study and describe what it measured, including sample size and population. A finding from twelve trained twenty-year-olds is not a finding about you, and we say so.

How We Test

Routines published here are routines we have run. Evidence comes from our own tracking: spreadsheet logs, training app screenshots, adherence data over weeks and months.

We publish the failures too. A protocol that looked good and fell apart at week three is more useful information than one that supposedly worked.

Who Runs This

PeakFormGuide is written and edited by Roger Mat, Founder & Editor.

No coaching certification, medical training, or professional qualification is claimed. This is one person testing routines on himself and documenting the result carefully. Treat it as that, and nothing more.

Roger Mat also runs Nuvolk and Nuxpik — three independent sites, one person, same editorial method.
